That Catering Company is passionately managed by South African owner, Zain Muller. Having trained at the internationally recognized Silwood Kitchen where he acquired his French Cordon Bleu Degree, Zain pursued his cooking passion by working in some of South Africa’s top restaurants, namely La Colombe, Olympia Bakery and Blues Camps Bay.
Zain moved over to the Private Chef Industry where he runs a highly successful Private Chef Company in South Africa, providing experienced private chefs to the local and international high net worth individual. Catering originally started as a side project but has blossomed into a full-blown operation, offering upmarket catering services. Established in 2006, That Catering Company has now become well established in the corporate and high LSM market within South Africa. Along with an array of talented staff, our team is now in a position to offer memorable experiences for all occasions.
